The Wornick Company is a major supplier of MREs (Meals, Ready-to-Eat) and UGR-As
(Unitized Group Rations-A) to one of the world's most demanding and
quality-driven customers, the U.S. Department of Defense. MREs and UGRs
are only part of what The Wornick Company does. In conjunction with
organizations such as the U.S. Army Natick
Soldier Center and ACES (Army Center of Excellence Service) and through
up-to-date technology and constant innovation we have developed other shelf
stable feeding systems for the military. These systems, along with others such
as Tailored Operational Training Meals (TOTM) are utilized for military
training and combat throughout the world. Our long history of performance
for the U.S. military, coupled with our expertise in food processing,
packaging, assembly and distribution have given The Wornick Company the
knowledge and experience to create and produce meal solutions for a variety of
organizations worldwide.
